Samsung SPH-I300 is the ultimate in convergence technology, combining the functions of a wireless phone and the capabilities of a PDA. The SPH-I300 features a full 8-bit, 256 color touch screen and offers an additional LCD on top of the device for phone indicators such as caller ID. The SPH-I300 enables customers to do everything from beaming contact information to scheduling meetings and downloading presentations while talking on the phone. Released at Q1 2004 by Samsung Mobile.
